Join our client, the largest and most experienced company specializing in bespoke metering control systems and support for the oil and gas sector. We’re searching for a dedicated Service Technician to become a pivotal part of their Malton-based team, providing essential technical and administrative support.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with professionalism in communication.
• Manage the Maintenance Database with attention to detail, ensuring all support calls and emails are handled efficiently.
• Conduct system testing and inspections, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

 
Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated, with a collaborative spirit and methodical task management.
• Excellent customer service orientation, with a keen understanding of priority and urgency.
• Holds a Higher Certificate or has relevant experience in Control Engineering, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interest in IT/Network Architectures, Software Programming, and Network Security is a plus.
