We are supporting a global electronics manufacturer as they seek a Product Compliance Engineer at their site in Cardiff, South Wales.
 
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all products are compliant to current safety legislation as specified in EN 60335 product safety standard.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Producing Test plans and associated Project Plans for compliance projects.
• Wiring up test samples & performing safety testing.
• Producing test data in the appropriate format.
• Analysing data from testing against relevant standards.

 
The ideal candidate will be an Electrical or Electronics Engineer who can have a broad background across Test, Quality or Product Engineering. An understanding of the ISO17025 Quality System would be preferred but is not required. Graduates with a 1 or 2 years’ industry experience will also be considered.
 
They offer an excellent benefits package and are proposing a salary of circa £37,000 with flexibility for the right candidates.
