Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus
Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday

Techniche Global is supporting a manufacturing business in Redditch with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams and drive operational performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop production teams
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Maximise productivity and production efficiencies
• Diagnose faults, support equipment repairs and maintenance activities
• Monitor quality standards and carry out quality checks
• Manage materials, equipment and production paperwork
• Support training and development of team members

We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing supervision experience (minimum 3 years)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience working to quality standards and production targets
• Basic maintenance and fault-finding experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns
• Hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team
