PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE
Location: Near Pulborough, West Sussex
Salary: From £13.50 per hour + Benefits

We are supporting a specialist manufacturer of precision scientific equipment, in their search for a Production Assembly Operative to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within engineering and manufacturing, with full training provided. The role would suit a detail-oriented individual with excellent manual dexterity, strong concentration and the ability to work independently within a precision assembly environment.

The Role: As a Production Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Precision Assembly – Assembling intricate precision sensors and motors within a cleanroom environment.
• Cable Assembly Manufacture – Producing cable assemblies by following detailed instruction drawings and manufacturing procedures.
• Component Preparation – Preparing and cleaning components ready for assembly.
• Packing & Dispatch – Packing completed products accurately and preparing them for despatch.
• Quality & Accuracy – Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Team Collaboration – Working as part of a small, friendly and supportive production team.
