Inventory Manager – Christchurch (BH23) – Up to £38,000 + Bonus – Permanent – On-Site
 
An opportunity is available for an Inventory Manager to support the control and optimisation of stock within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on inventory control, ERP/MRP systems, and data analysis to ensure accurate stock management and efficient production support.
 
You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, analysing discrepancies, managing BOMs and work-in-progress (WIP), and supporting production planning, while working closely with production, sales, and suppliers.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems
• Analysing stock discrepancies and identifying root causes
• Managing BOMs and tracking WIP across production
• Supporting production planning through accurate stock control
• Overseeing goods-in processes, stock checks and inventory audits
• Coordinating shipments and liaising with suppliers

 
The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data handling)
• Background in inventory control within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to identify and resolve stock issues at root cause level

 
Working pattern and package:

• Permanent, full-time role
• Salary up to £38,000 per annum
• Bonus scheme
• On-site role in Christchurch (BH23)
• 40 hours per week

  • Option 2: 4.5-day week (Monday-Thursday 06:30-16:00)
