Techniche Global are supporting a leading global consumer technology brand with the appointment of a Demand & Supply Planner to join their EMEA Planning team based in Kings Langley.

This role is focused on end-to-end demand and supply planning, working closely with Sales and Operations to manage demand signals, forecast market requirements, and ensure optimal inventory availability for retailers and distributors across the EMEA region.

This role is driven by market analytics, commercial insights, and supply alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand using sell-through data, customer forecasts and market insights
  • Manage demand signals and collaborate with Sales/BU teams to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Support NPI launches, transitions and EOL planning
  • Analyse market trends to recommend updated demand plans
  • Maintain supply by managing purchase orders and responding to MRP exceptions
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, Operations and Planning
  • Prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in Demand & Supply Planning within a fast-paced commercial environment 
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using planning tools (ideally Oracle Cloud Planning) and ERP systems
  • Proficient with Excel and MS Office applications
  • Able to communicate effectively across multiple levels and functions
  • Strong relationship-building capability and stakeholder management skills

Package & Details

  • Salary: up to £45,000 + 10% annual bonus
  • Hybrid: 3 days in office (Monday required), 2 from home
  • Hours: 40 per week, 8:30–5:30 (flexible start/finish options)
