Quality Coordinator

Techniche Global are supporting a global leader in instore merchandising and communication to appoint a Quality Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, encompassing Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards.
 You will ensure that compliance, documentation, and system processes are maintained to the highest standards across the organization.
   
 Salary:                   £28-32k plus benefits
 Location:                Harlow- 100 % onsite
 Duration:               Full-time, Permanent
   
 Key Responsibilities: 
- Support IMS Maintenance:
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and development of the Integrated Management System to ensure continued certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Documentation Control:
Manage and update controlled documents, policies, procedures, and records in alignment with internal and external standards.
- Internal Audits:
Coordinate and support the internal audit schedule. Prepare audit plans, support auditors, and track non-conformance and corrective actions.
- Data Collection & Reporting:
Compile and analyze performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Training & Awareness:
Assist in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff related to IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Corrective & Preventive Actions:
Monitor and follow up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis.
- Regulatory & Standards Compliance:
 Support ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
   
 Education, Desired skills and experience 
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting or managing ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of integrated management systems and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Internal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001.
- NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety training.
