Techniche Global is seeking a Quality Engineer for a specialist electronics manufacturing company based in Andover, Hampshire. The business delivers high-quality electronic and PCB manufacturing solutions to a range of industries, including automotive and blue-chip clients.

Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £42,500 (DOE) | Monday to Friday | Full-Time, Permanent Role
Hours: Mon–Thu 08:30–17:00 | Fri 08:30–15:30

The role combines office and shop floor work, offering involvement in day-to-day processes and long-term improvements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve quality issues using 8D, CAPA, 5-Whys, etc.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and other standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and assist with audits and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate closely with production and other departments to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Quality Engineering or similar role within manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience with root cause analysis and quality tools.
• Confident working in both office and production environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
