Techniche Global  are supporting Defence contractor who are the Training provider to various Ministry of Defence sites across the UK as they seek a Learning Support Officer to based at MOD Lyneham in Wiltshire 
  
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a group of learners on a one to one basis who require additional support in their Army Apprenticeships with age ranges from 16-40.
  
MOD Lyneham is a large military site with excellent facilities, managed and maintained by the Army and the Company It is responsible for delivering technical training to Royal Marines, Soldiers and Officers, and Aviators.
  
As the Learning Support Officer you will ensure that all students trained with Specific Learning Differences, (SpLD) or who need additional support to access their learning or undertake their role, are supported. You will ensure these students are identified and assessed, to implement Access Arrangements as required.
  
This is a permanent role with an attractive salary up to £48,500, on a Monday -Friday 37 hour week. As all sessions will be 1-2-1 you will have ample flexibility to manage your diary with the learners accordingly with flexibility to work from home whe not in sessions.
  
Babcock are seeking someone who has the following relevant qualifications:

• Level 4 FE teaching qualification
• Level 5 (Cert Ed) or Level 6 (PGCE)
• A recognised qualification in Special Educational Needs
