Techniche are supporting company that specialise in commercial drainage services for the civils and highways industry to appoint an Accounts Assistant.
Key responsibilities:
Delivery of operational finance activities including but not limited to:
- Invoice and credit note processing
- Dealing with queries and exceptions arising from suppliers and the internal customer base
- Preparation and gaining authorisation of BACs Payment Run proposals
- Participate in business month end reviews of creditors ledger
- Tasks associated with corrections, exceptions and any key supplier issues to be carried out by approved team members
Experience required:
- Sage / Sage 50 finance software would be highly desirable although not essential as training will be provided.
