OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Location: Finsbury Square (Hybrid)
Salary: £19p/hr PAYE

We are supporting a leading banking and financial services organisation in their search for an Associate I – Implementation, Integration & Technical Delivery to join their Product Implementation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional looking to build expertise within commercial banking, product implementation and client delivery. Working within a collaborative environment, you will support the end-to-end implementation of banking products while developing your technical, operational and stakeholder management skills.

The Role: As an Operations Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Implementation Support – Providing administrative support for the implementation of transaction banking and trade finance products.
  • Project Coordination – Managing implementation activities within project management systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting throughout the delivery process.
  • System Administration – Supporting the setup and maintenance of core banking systems to facilitate successful product delivery.
  • Client & Stakeholder Support – Assisting with product implementation activities while building relationships across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Training & Demonstrations – Supporting product demonstrations, onboarding activities and training sessions.
  • Process Improvement – Identifying opportunities to improve implementation processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge Development – Building expertise across a broad portfolio of banking and trade finance products.
  • Operational Reporting – Providing visibility of implementation progress and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Continuous Learning – Taking advantage of training and development opportunities to grow technical knowledge and industry expertise.
