Techniche Global is supporting an international Oil & Gas engineering company in appointing a Supply Chain / Procurement Administrator at their Stonehouse site.
The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support to various groups within the Supply Chain organisation. The role involves reviewing and analysing catalogue updates for accuracy, ensuring data quality, and being accountable for the accuracy of information.
This role is on a long term contract assignment for initially 6 months & anticipated to be extended.
Working hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per working week.
Responsibilities ot the Supply Chain Administrator
- Provide administrative support to local procurement and sourcing activities
- Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing specific Supply Chain documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence.
- Perform clerical duties associated with processing Supply Chain data, information and documentation.
- Perform clerical duties associated with creating, distributing, managing and closing purchase orders.
- Participate in Supply Chain-related audits.
- Identify opportunities and implement actions to continuously reduce wasted time, money and resources.
- Comply with local procedures applicable to the job function.
