EVENT COORDINATOR – UK PARTNERSHIPS
Location: Hybrid / London-Centric Events
Salary: £175p/day PAYE
We are supporting a leading global financial services organisation in their search for an Event Coordinator to join their UK Partnerships team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused events professional to support the delivery of premium hospitality experiences, corporate events and partnership activations across the UK. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will play a key role in managing ticketing, delegate communications and event coordination for a range of high-profile events.
The Role: As Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Hospitality & Ticketing Management – Managing allocations, ticket distribution and hospitality requests across a range of premium partnership events and venues.
- Delegate Management – Coordinating delegate communications, managing shared inboxes and ensuring a seamless customer experience from invitation through to post-event follow-up.
- Event Communications – Creating event communications including save the dates, invitations, joining instructions, host briefings and post-event surveys.
- Partnership Event Support – Supporting the delivery of major hospitality and experiential events throughout the year.
- Platform & Systems Management – Using invitation and event management platforms to manage allocations, communications and attendee engagement.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and event stakeholders to support successful event delivery.
- Arts & Culture Programme Support – Supporting community engagement initiatives, memberships and content creation for partnership programmes.
- Administration & Financial Support – Processing invoices, purchase orders and budget updates while supporting supplier onboarding activities.
- Continuous Improvement – Supporting the development of processes, templates and procedures within the events and partnerships function.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing corporate hospitality, ticketed events or client events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using event management or invitation platforms would be advantageous.
Working Pattern:
- Hybrid working model (2 days work from home/3 days onsite).
- Majority of events based in London with occasional onsite event support required.
