We are supporting a leading global energy and technology organisation in their search for a Talent Attraction Communication Specialist to join their communications and talent acquisition team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded communications professional to play a key role in shaping employer brand messaging and creating engaging recruitment content across multiple platforms. Working closely with talent acquisition, communications and marketing teams, you will help deliver innovative campaigns that attract and engage top talent.

The Role: As Talent Attraction Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Content Creation & Storytelling – Planning, writing and producing engaging recruitment and employer brand content including social media posts, job adverts, campaigns, blog articles, email communications and website copy.
  • Content Strategy & Ideation – Generating creative content ideas aligned with recruitment goals, employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Social Media & Content Distribution – Managing the day-to-day planning, scheduling and publishing of talent brand content across social media channels and careers platforms.
  • Employer Branding – Supporting the development of authentic employer brand messaging that reflects company values and culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Working closely with employees, HR, talent acquisition and marketing teams to gather stories and create engaging communications.
  • Campaign Performance & Analytics – Monitoring content performance and providing data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and future campaign strategies.
  • Platform Optimisation – Tailoring content for different channels including LinkedIn, job boards, websites and internal communications platforms.
  • Internal Communications – Supporting communication within the talent acquisition team by sharing updates, campaign insights and upcoming initiatives.
  • AI & Digital Innovation – Utilising AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and communication effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within content creation, communications, marketing or employer branding.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Experience using content management systems and digital communication tools.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
