Techniche Global are supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation with the appointment of a Customer Support Representative to support their Parts, Spares & Repairs team based in Rugby.
This role will focus on supporting customers with parts orders, repair bookings, and order fulfilment activities within a busy engineering and manufacturing environment.
The Role You will manage day-to-day customer orders and repairs processes, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth order handling and customer support throughout.
Salary: £14 – £17 per hour PAYE + holiday pay + pension
Type: Full-time, long term contract, site-based
Location: Rugby
Key responsibilities
- Managing parts, spares, and repairs orders
- Supporting customers with repair bookings and order updates
- Liaising with sourcing, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams
- Coordinating with suppliers and repair providers
- Supporting order fulfilment and stock management processes
Requirements
- Previous experience within a B2B customer support or customer service role
- Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or production environments
- Experience using ERP, MRP, or stock/order management systems
- SAP or Salesforce knowledge would be advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
