Techniche Global are supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation with the appointment of an experienced FM Transition Manager / Coordinator to support a major supplier transition project at their Stafford manufacturing site.
The Role You will lead the planning and delivery of a key FM transition project, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure operational continuity, compliance, and effective supplier management throughout the process.
Salary: £25 per hour PAYE + holiday pay + pension
Type: Initial 6-month contract, hybrid working (3–4 days on-site)
Location: Stafford
Key responsibilities
- Leading FM transition and mobilisation activities
- Managing relationships between internal teams and FM providers
- Supporting governance, reporting, and risk management
- Overseeing TUPE activity and contractual compliance
- Ensuring continuity across manufacturing operations
Requirements
- Previous experience delivering FM transition or mobilisation projects
- Background within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- Experience working with major FM providers such as CBRE, Equans, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to challenge suppliers and drive project delivery effectively
