P/T MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £30k (pro rata) + Benefits
20 hrs p/week
We are supporting an innovative and growing organisation in their search for a Marketing Associate to join their commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to support a wide range of marketing activities, campaigns and events while working closely with internal stakeholders, clients and external agencies. The role will play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of the Sales and Marketing function and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.
The Role: As Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Marketing Coordination – Supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Campaign & Event Support – Assisting with the organisation and delivery of promotional events, digital campaigns and marketing projects.
- Content & Social Media – Composing and posting content across the company website and social media channels.
- Market Research & Reporting – Conducting market research, analysing reports and producing marketing performance data including social media analytics, web metrics and campaign results.
- Marketing Collateral – Supporting the preparation of brochures, press releases, presentations and other marketing materials.
- Agency Management – Managing day-to-day relationships with external marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Customer Engagement – Communicating directly with clients and supporting customer advocacy initiatives including case studies and testimonials.
- Database & Systems Administration – Updating company systems, databases and spreadsheets with relevant statistical and commercial information.
- Internal Communications – Supporting the preparation and delivery of internal presentations and communications.
- KPI Support – Contributing towards lead generation, customer engagement and marketing performance targets.
