Techniche Global are supporting a long-established industrial engineering and manufacturing company specialising in high-performance pumps and motors in appointing a Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site production and facilities maintenance team.

This is a hands-on role working across a wide range of machinery, plant equipment and site infrastructure — carrying out planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns and diagnose faults
• Work on machine tools, production equipment and general site services
• Carry out electrical installation, testing and repairs
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Support safe, reliable plant operation and drive improvements

What You’ll Need

• Time-served Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• IET Wiring Regulations BS7671 (or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding skills across electrical & mechanical systems
• Experience maintaining machine tools and site equipment
• Confident with electrical installation, testing and technical documentation
