Techniche Global  are working with a global leader in the design and manufacture of Connectors, Adaptor and Cable Assemblies. The Company products are utilised in a range of industries including Medical Devices, Defence and Aerospace and Oil and Gas.
  
They are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer at their Witham engineering offices to lead their product design process to create components and assemblies, predominantly for RF Connectors.
  
This is a role that uses Solidworks day to day however they will consider candidates with experience of other CAD packages.
  
Experience with similar technologies to RF, including Antenna, Microwave or Connectors and Cable Assemblies for products would be highly beneficial.
  
This is a role that will allow you a high level of autonomy, reporting directly to the Engineering Director and with scope for future career progression within the company.
  
The salary range is flexible dependant on experience, circa £45 – 60,000 plus competitive benefits. It is an office based role Monday – Friday with an early Friday finish and the potential for some hybrid working.
