Techniche Global are supporting an engineering defence contractor to appoint a Training and Development Specialist – Military Communications

In this role they are seeking someone from a Communication and Information Systems background, ideally military, to provide Training Design and Delivery for a new Military Communications System called TRINITY.
  
The programme is being led at the site in Christchurch, Dorset.
  
It is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract until August 2026 with a salary of £46,828 and a retention bonus of £2,280.
  
Training/Instructor experience is not a must for this role, Company will consider a broad Communication, Information Systems background or similar relevant experience. If you do hold training experience and have completed the DCTS Defence Instructional Techniques course, this would be highly advantageous. Candidates who are not already qualified must be able to successfully complete the course.
