- Use Pro/Engineer Creo or other CAD packages (or SolidWorks – training will be provided if needed) to produce high-quality 3D models and drawings.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure seamless handover of designs and practical feedback from the shopfloor.
- Take an active role in reviewing design feasibility, manufacturing compatibility, and compliance.
- Ensure vehicles are designed in line with UK and EU Type Approval regulations.
- Support the ongoing development of our product range with a focus on innovation, quality, and manufacturability.

- Comfortable with an on-site, hands-on working environment.
- Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to design accordingly — with consideration for cost, ease of build, and routine service/repair.
