We are working  one of the largest food manufacturing companies in the UK, as they seek an Occupational Health Technician on a part-time basis in Grimsby.

Occupational Health Technician – Grimsby

• Working Hours / Shift Patterns – 16 hours paid / 2 days per week- Flexible across days/nights (also open to hours being worked over more than 2 days if preferred)
• Salary – £10,800 pro rata
• This is a new position so a great opportunity for someone to make the role their own and deliver a positive impact on the site.

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out health surveillance under the supervision of the OHA. 
• Carry out other medicals under the supervision of the OHA including new starter medicals Support the OHA with the wellbeing agenda at site including health promotion Support with OH admin duties at site
• Understand the role of Occupational Health and the limitations to the role of the OH Technician
• Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation
• Assist with record keeping to the required NMC standards
