We are working with a leading HVAC manufacturer who is based in both Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford. Supporting them with appointing 4 x Manufacturing Operatives for a new Lean Production team.
 
These positions are official Apprenticeships, and will come with training, learning & development and guidance. They will result in achieving an apprenticeship sponsored by the company, whilst working within their manufacturing facility.
 
For this role they can consider any level of experience. They are open to candidates that haven’t been in manufacturing previously, and will consider any level of application.
 
They will providing all training in the form of a structured 1 year apprenticeship. This will consist of 8 modules that will be practical training whilst working within the role at one of their 2 sites.
 
Details of the roles:
-Start date of 1st April 2025
-Monday to Friday only
-Working hours are 6am – 2pm
-30 minute break (can be split into 2)
-There is paid overtime available
-Positions can be based at either Chandlers Ford (SO53 4NF) or Eastleigh (SO50 6NZ)

The timeline for onboarding for these roles and the Apprenticeship scheme is as follows:
-January; Applications reviewed and progressed
-February; 2 stage interview process
-March; Employment offers confirmed and onboarding paperwork
-April; Start on site working
-May; Apprenticeship course starts
