Senior Site Projects Delivery Engineer – Zero-Carbon Heat Systems
Location: Fareham HQ with UK-wide site travel
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are supporting an innovative clean technology company developing zero-carbon heat storage systems in their search for a Senior Site Projects Delivery Engineer. This is a customer-facing role where you will lead the delivery of complex engineering projects from design handover through to on-site installation and commissioning.
The Role:
As Senior Site Projects Delivery Engineer, you will:
- Manage installation and commissioning activities for projects across the UK.
- Serve as the main link between the HQ engineering team, customers, and on-site contractors.
- Coordinate activities across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
- Oversee and direct two direct reports:
- A CAD Designer producing site integration plans.
- A Site Commissioning & Installation Engineer managing front-line site coordination.
- Produce essential site documentation including method statements and lifting plans.
- Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure safety, quality, and programme objectives are met.
- Spend extended periods on site during delivery phases (typically 4-6 weeks at a time).
What We’re Looking For:
- Broad technical background across mechanical, electrical, and civil works.
- Proven experience managing live construction or installation sites.
- Strong subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to convert engineering drawings into practical site execution plans.
- Experience with complex plant or HVAC installations preferred.
- Comfortable managing projects in challenging locations (e.g., London).
