Techniche Global are supporting an Engineering Technology company to appoint a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer. You will work alongside a team of engineers on bespoke, fast paced and interesting industrial automation equipment.
  
Salary:                   Up to £35k
Location:              Kent  – site based role
  
Key Tasks:

• Build electrical control cabinets from component level
• Wiring of field electrics
• Carry out modifications to existing machines
• Assisting with testing and debugging machines
• Basic mechanical work
• Work with our design team and management to streamline projects

Qualifications and experience

• 17th edition or above
• Basic understanding of PLC’s
• Good understanding of safety systems
• Can read and understand electrical drawings
• Good understanding of industrial electrical principles including high current power circuits and low voltage control circuits.
• Able to diagnose electrical faults.
• Basic mechanical knowledge including pneumatics
