Techniche Global are supporting an Engineering Defence Contractor to appoint a Time & Attendance Administrator. This is a hybrid role, available to work from home with travel to the office in Clyde 1-2 days a week.    You will work closely with the HR Administration team, Managers and wider HR community to ensure employees details are accurate so that they are paid correctly and on time.   
Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate input of data for payroll whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Assisting colleagues with queries relating to their time and attendance, both via email and over the phone.
  • Deal with all enquiries brought to attention in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work with other members to resolve problems relating to employees pay.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to customers and colleagues.

   Key requirements:

  • Experience in time and attendance
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility
  • Customer focused
  • Organised
  • Experience in HR databases (advantageous), MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management skills


  • NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent
  • Educated to GCSE level including English and Mathematics
