Recruitment by humans! Applied for one role, but got another based on suitability when someone actually did follow through with a promise to look at YOU. Then couldnt have been better supported by Dan, and actually properly handed over to Matt during his holiday. Neither was ever too busy to support you, including negotiating the package.
