Founding Techniche in 2015, Dan is a hands on Recruitment Solutions leader with over 20 years experience across many different sectors. Specialising in Technology and Engineering organisaitons across all industry verticals he is well positioned to assist with niche technical requirements as well as cross business functions. A backgorund in supporting Internaitonal workforce & recruitment soltions, Dan has covered UK, Europe, Central Asia, Middle East, North Africa and the USA.
You'll find Dan managing key accounts on a day to day basis whilst also leading the introduction of new companies to the Techniche portfolio, Dan has a passion for Quality, Service and Delivery.
Matt manages a number of Techniche’s key accounts, working closely with companies who require a single point of contact specialist. With over 15 years of experience Matt has covered sectors including automotive, defence, automation and control systems. Matt enjoys aligning businesses to their candidates, providing a consultative approach through his relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Natalie has over 15 years recruitment experience, having covering international and more recently, UK markets. She has worked with a range of clients across various industries and is passionate about working with candidates, offering a consultative approach to assist them through their job search.
Leading our team of Recruitment Consultants, Natalie focuses on candidate attraction and the candidate journey. You can find Natalie working cloesly with our key clients, coordinating our team of high performance Recruitment Consultants and ensuring all Techniche candidates get the best journey expeirence.
Mac has been a specialist in recruitment since 2015. He has supported a broad range of Manufacturing, Engineering & Technology organisations with all levels of staffing.
More recently specialising in niche, technical engineering roles. Mac has also had expeirnece with skilled trades, high volume workforce and personnel solutions, including temps and contractors on assignment.
You can find Mac consulting with candidates, seeking out the best talent and working with clients & candidates to ensure the best outcome for all parties. He has a phenomonal skill in unearthing hidden talent and always has a thorough understanding the candidates he is representing. Often highlighting crucial traits & candidate skills that align with client requirements.
Paulina has over 10 year experinece as a high performance Recruitment Consultant. Covering many sectors in this period, Paulina has worked in Healthcare, IT, and most recently Technical Engineering.
Over the last 3 years Paulina has worked with some of the UK's largest Defence and Automotive organisaitons. Supporting positions through from from Technician level, Senior Engineers, up to high level Commerical & Management appointments.
You can find Paulina consulting in the candidate market. A thorough conusltant with great attention to detail, ensuring candidate profiles are accuratley aligned with client requirements. Pauline has a reputaiton for ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey.
Dorota has been a Recruitment Specialist since 2017 & is a high performing candidate consultant. Having worked with some of the UK's largest organizations in Financial Services, Banking and Engineering.
A tenacious and meticulous consultant who manages to build a thorough profile of all the candidates that she represents. Dorota has an incredible skill in extracting key information from candidates to summarize and present applicants in the most thorough way. Often working on Senior level client briefs, Dorota is a natural liaising with professionals at the top of their sector.

Recruitment by humans! Applied for one role, but got another based on suitability when someone actually did follow through with a promise to look at YOU. Then couldn’t have been better supported by Dan, and actually properly handed over to Matt during his holiday. Neither was ever too busy to support you, including negotiating the package. Seemless, positive and warm experience from first contact through to getting on-boarded. Could not recommend enough as a candidate. Brilliant. 10 stars; only half of which allowed here!

Personnel: Received a call from Artur Kunz (If I remember rightly). Very professional, got me placed in the company for the next day. Has answered any questions I have had and very helpful when I had a day off due to illness and got it taken from the holiday fund. Company: No issues with payment. Also like the fact they take a couple of quid from each hour worked and is put aside so I can have paid holiday days. Not sure if other agencies do this as it's been about 10 years since I've been through one but still very good to have.
