Techniche Global Ltd approached me for a consulting opportunity with one of their clients. I responded confirming my interest and my case was quickly followed up by Natalie Clarke. My initial questions were answered accurately, and I was put forward. Following short listing, I was interviewed, and then after a second with the recruiting manager, offered the position. Natalie has been very responsive and attentive throughout the process, coming back quickly to any and precisely to any questions particularly on the complex topic of IR35 and expenses for travel. This was made more challenging by the size of the client organisation and the requirement to liaise via their talent team. I’m currently progressing through referencing with at this stage things appear to be going smoothly!
