Techniche Global are supporting specialists in industrial automation technology and robotics to appoint a Engineering Projects Coordination Analyst. 

Rate:                  up to £35k per annum (max)
Location:            Poundbury, Dorset- 100% onsite
Duration:            perm/ full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a strong analytical mindset and an enthusiasm for technology. The ideal candidate will be able to support projects through structured planning, requirements management, and thorough testing processes. While a background in software isn’t necessary, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in understanding and supporting engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Planning: Assist in defining project requirements and planning development phases, ensuring a clear path from concept to completion.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and user guides to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
  • Task Breakdown and Coordination: Decompose complex project requirements into structured tasks and coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Requirements Management: Gather, track, and manage project requirements, ensuring alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation processes, coordinating with the engineering teams to verify functionality and performance of final products.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project status and resolving any issues that arise.

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience in a technical, analytical, or engineering support role.
  • Strong communication skills in technical English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes.
  • Effective collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
