Working with a large marine manufacturing organisation, Techniche have supported the appointment of a Production Team Leader. The organisation who specialise in the design & build of Luxury Motor Yachts have been a long standing client of Techniche for almost 5 years. working closely with various parts of this organisaiton we have placed over 70 people in various levels within the manufacturing area. The brief for a team leader was specific, as the client were seeking someone with knowledge of manufacturing but from within a heavy engineering product arena. Our team was able to short list five candidates within a 3 day period. Following this one candidate was identified by the client as being “ideal”, and following a 1 stage interview process an offer was made.
