We have a number of opportunities to join a growing workforce at MOD Marine’s site in Clyde, Faslane.
 
They are seeking Mechanical and Electrical Fitters who can join them on a 6 month ongoing contract basis.
 
The role is offering a contract rate of £20.55/PAYE (annual salary equivalent £38,500) with overtime rates after 36 hours at £30.83/hour.

Umbrella rates also available starting from £26.32/hour
 
You’ll have a broad role predominantly covering various maintenance activities across the site on facilities and equipment used across various sections.
 
You’ll undertake mechanical/electrical fitting activities, repairs and inspections on systems and equipment on all aspects of work completed within the estate  and, when required, in other sections.
 
Please note due to the nature of the work at Clyde and it being a Defence site, they can only consider people with current SC Clearance or those willing to wait for their SC clearance prior to starting (wait time up to 6 months). Previously SC cleared professionals may pass clearance quicker.
