Techniche Global are working with a B2B Marketing Agency to appoint a Sales & Marketing Manager. It’s a really exciting time to be joining the business in this newly created role, as they roll out their new positioning and marketing strategy and you will be at the heart of that!

While they are based in a cool office in Reading, location isn’t an issue as they are a truly flexible workforce – encouraging their team to work from wherever suits them best.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Working closely with our MD, fractional CMO and other stakeholders to roll out our new proposition externally; driving demand for our range of services to our newly defined sector verticals
  • Utilising your broad range of B2B marketing expertise to create strategies and deliver execution across both inbound and outbound channels; driving conversations with prospects and creating demand for our business
  • Create short and long form content and thought leadership, to really drive demand for our business and its services
  • Manage our CRM, keeping it clean and ready for the next campaign to launch
  • Conducting research for outreach and creating target lists for outbound campaigns
  • Rolling out our new proposition internally and helping to develop an employer brand to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal
  • Setting up effective metric tracking, championing marketing internally and reporting back to the business
  • Recommending categories and creating relevant award entries
  • Helping the SLT build their profiles – whether through LinkedIn or by sourcing speaking opportunities
  • Sourcing and managing agency partners and new business networks to really leverage the opportunities they can offer

Experience required:

  • Proven B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally within a B2B marketing agency or within a B2B service business, or strong experience as a content marketing specialist
  • The ability to work with our Fractional CMO to set the quarterly strategy, as well as deliver against our KPIs
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • A self-starter – the drive and ability to work independently to really launch and make a success of our newly formed internal marketing function
  • Strong written and communication skills
