HR Administrator

Techniche Global are supporting an engineering defence contractor to appoint a HR Administrator, to work closely and collaboratively with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Advisor to provide a first class Recruitment, Pay and Personnel service. This role covers a wide range of HR activities and works flexibly during periods of planned and unplanned absence in order to fulfil priority tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Rate: £12.31hr PAYE
Location: Homebased – reporting site Portsmouth
Duration: 12 months+
Required Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, Word and Excel.
- Previous experience of working in an HR/Payroll environment.
- High level of numeracy skills to ensure data accuracy.
- Experience of providing verbal and written advice.
- Experience of operational, day to day HR activities, at an administrative level
