An opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a global engineering company at their site in Cranfield, Bedfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team on a long term basis – initial 12 month rolling contract.
Pay Rate: £13.71/hr PAYE plus £2.06/hr holiday accrual – £27,800 salary equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of month end tasks and reports to specified deadlines
  • Raise purchase orders and sales invoices to specified deadlines
  • Delivery of quotations to specified deadlines
  • Ensure databases are up to date
  • Support accounting processes and month end activity
  • Systems analysis and reporting
  • Prepare and deliver quotations
  • Purchase orders and sales invoicing

Experience Required:

  • Accounting qualification or qualified by experience
  • Experience in deadline reporting
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communicator
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Working knowledge of databases and SAP preferable
