Techniche Global are working with a leading bank to appoint a Client Account Coordinator. You will undertake the typing and production of full legal documentation and other correspondence for prospective new clients and suppliers and be responsible for on-boarding activities for new business applications. This role is responsible to provide support services and co-ordinate compliance activities across the team.
Key responsibilities:

  • Undertake typing of legal agreements, guarantees and other supporting documents and letters
  • Setting up New Clients
  • Check the typing, prepare packs and despatch to clients and suppliers
  • Printing and preparation of attachments/Internet Invoice Finance packs
  • Undertake business searches using Experian Autoscore and internal systems
  • To undertake on-boarding activities, as agreed to support the team and the applications
  • Produce a list of, and monitor progression of, proposed client starts.
  • Report on SLA measures and team activities as required
  • Implementation and compliance with Group Compliance Policy.
  • Prepare agenda items e.g. PowerPoint presentations, handouts
  • Attend meetings and provide post-meeting notes as required
  • Assist with recruitment administration/personnel change documentation

  Key Skills:

  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills with excellent presentation
  • RSA 2 and knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Sales focus and team player
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
