Administrative Assistant to be based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire to provide full administrative support to the strategic management team, and visitors to the office.
This is a 12 month rolling contract with excellent prospects for further renewals
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive schedule/ diary management/ maintenance
  • Organising Meetings/Conference calls & task monitoring/progression management.
  • Room booking, refreshment & equipment Management
  • Supporting the preparation of Yearly travel budget submission
  • Monthly Travel budget management and reporting
  • Management of Purchase Requisitions
  • General administration support to Dept and Executive team inc collation of monthly reports, preparing presentations
Qualifications/Skills Required
  • High degree of integrity/confidentiality and the ability to work on their own to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills: comfortable liaising with Senior Management
  • Experience in a busy office environment with a high workload
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Willingness to learn within a multi-cultural environment
  • Fully proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
